Rhythmic Technologies’ VP of Operations Kathie Kinde Clark Named MSP Woman Contributor of the Year
Industry Leader Recognized for Community Building, Operational Excellence, and Advancing AWS Ecosystem
Dulles, VA – December 18, 2024 – Rhythmic Technologies, an AWS Advanced Tier Partner and managed service provider, announced today that Kathie Kinde Clark, Vice President of Operations, has been named MSP Woman Contributor of the Year by SuperOps. The award recognizes Clark’s exceptional leadership in advancing the managed services industry through community development, operational innovation, and strategic excellence.
“Kathie represents a model of MSP leadership that extends far beyond individual company success,” said Cris Daniluk, CEO of Rhythmic Technologies. “Her work building and nurturing the AWS community, combined with her operational expertise, has strengthened the entire ecosystem. This recognition reflects the impact she’s made on hundreds of practitioners who benefit from the connections and knowledge-sharing opportunities she creates.”
Clark oversees operations at Rhythmic Technologies, managing client-facing functions including marketing, customer success, sales and alliances, and compliance. Under her leadership, the company achieved AWS Managed Services Provider Partner designation and AWS Cloud Operations Competency in 2025, validations requiring demonstrated operational maturity and rigorous service delivery standards.
Beyond her corporate role, Clark serves as a cornerstone of the AWS community, managing four AWS user groups and overseeing two AWS Community Days. These initiatives provide critical forums where engineers, architects, and business leaders connect and share expertise, breaking down information silos that can stall innovation.
Clark has championed AI adoption across Rhythmic’s operations teams and is leading the strategic work of packaging the company’s internal AI innovations into market-ready service offerings. Her forward-thinking approach to emerging technologies positions Rhythmic at the forefront of AI-powered managed services.
The SuperOps MSP Awards celebrate individuals who demonstrate exceptional leadership, innovation, and contribution to the managed services community. Winners are selected based on their impact on the industry, commitment to excellence, and dedication to advancing MSP practices.
Clark has also been nominated for inclusion in CRN’s Women of the Channel community and recommended to appear on CRN’s Channel Women In Security podcast, reflecting her growing influence in both operations and security management.
“This recognition belongs to the entire community we’ve built together,” said Clark. “When we create opportunities for practitioners to connect, learn from each other, and solve problems collaboratively, everyone benefits. That’s what makes our industry stronger.”
In addition to Clark’s individual recognition, Rhythmic Technologies received special mention in the MSP with the Best Workplace Culture category, reflecting the company’s commitment to creating an environment where technical excellence and collaborative leadership thrive.
