Common Questions

Can I upgrade my package later?

Yes. You can upgrade at any time, effective immediately. Downgrades require 30 days notice and take effect at your next billing cycle. Most customers start with Production and upgrade to Mission Critical as they grow.

Any task that takes under 2 hours: configuration changes, user management, firewall rules, troubleshooting, etc. Larger projects are scoped separately. Production and above get unlimited quick requests; Basic gets 5 per month.

Pricing is based on your infrastructure footprint: number of instances, databases, and services under management. We’ll give you a clear quote after understanding your environment. No hidden fees for after-hours support or “out of scope” work.

We can manage different environments at different tiers. Production for your customer-facing app, Basic for dev/staging. You only pay for the support level each environment needs.

We’ll help transition to your new provider or internal team. Full documentation handoff, knowledge transfer sessions, and no hostage-taking. We help customers leave gracefully because it’s the right thing to do.
