Leadership
Steven Dickenson
Steven Dickenson developed an interest in technology in grade school, but while his friends were interested in video games and gadgets, he found himself immersed in the underpinnings of the technology, fascinated with how things worked. That interest grew from writing BASIC programs in fourth grade and networking the yearbook lab computers in high school into a career designing and executing secure technology operations for growth companies and compliance-conscious organizations.
A 20-year IT veteran, Steven was focused on the education sector for the first half of his career. He led the IT team of a large private school and then consulted on IT infrastructure performance with other educational institutions throughout the Middle Atlantic region.
Steven’s longstanding interest in infrastructure led him to the hosting industry in 2007 as a consultant, and shortly thereafter he joined Rhythmic, where he helped design and build the company’s hosting and operations platform.

Dobroslav “Slava” Slavenskoj
Dobroslav “Slava” Slavenskoj has been a veteran of the IT industry for nearly 20 years. He got his start in the world of datacenters and corporate-hosted networks, eventually getting the opportunity to work on everything from media management clusters to IoT hardware to telephony networks. As the industry shifted to the cloud, Dobroslav got the chance to help run some of the first major corporate migrations to the cloud.
His career eventually took him on the road, where he expanded his scope beyond New England and worked for and with some of the largest companies in the United States. This broadening of horizons also naturally led him to leadership, where he has remained ever since. With a heavy background in startups and early growth-phase companies, he found his joy in building excellent, sustainable teams of people to solve business problems through the prism of technology.
Dobroslav lives in a remote corner of New Hampshire with his family on a small hobby farm. In his spare time, he’s an avid reader, musician, private pilot, hunter and general outdoorsman, and occasional hobbyist farmer.

Cris and Ashleigh Daniluk
Ashleigh began her IT career at 19 years old, while working with the Law Library of Congress to create e-learning content for the Global Legal Information Network. It was there that she discovered her expertise in technical communications and her passion for user enablement. She continued to hone her skills as a Technical Communications Specialist for agile software companies, excelling in creating content to help users maximize their SaaS investments.
Cris’ two decades as an IT professional started at an even younger age. At just 14 years old, Cris was supporting early Internet adopters in both business and enterprise markets, through web scripting, server management and site management, after school from his bedroom in Northeast Ohio. After graduating from Youngstown State University, Cris moved to the DC area and began working at Claraview. While there, he was responsible for project management and business development where his work in securing projects valued over $100 million was key in the company’s acquisition by Teradata.
In 2007, while on their honeymoon, Cris and Ashleigh had the audacity to dream of building their own business. 17 years later, they are still in awe that their dream proved successful. They lead Rhythmic Technologies with a hands-on approach, combining Cris’ strategic vision and technical expertise with Ashleigh’s focus on customer advocacy and employee empowerment. As CEO, Cris spends his time with clients, prospects, and partners. He also builds automations, customer self-service systems, and frameworks — the foundation of Rhythmic’s secure cloud platform. As Chief of Staff, Ashleigh invests her time in team development while supporting others through their personal and professional growth journeys. Together, their complementary skills drive the company’s innovation and success in the evolving tech landscape.
Cris and Ashleigh live in Loudoun County, VA with their three sons. The family enjoys spending time outside, growing their own food, and building things with their hands.
