Hi folks! My name is Christian, and I grew up in Manila. I’m very passionate about technology, and I really love engaging with clients. I’m really enjoying working with security and automation. Before I started working in IT, someone told me to find a company that supports your professional development, a place that has unique work culture and trustworthy management. As of today, I am lucky enough to say that I found one. Rhythmic is really great at sticking to its own strong core values.
David
There are two core facts that sum me up as a person. I am, at the most fundamental level of my being, a goofball. Additionally, when I find something broken I am incapable of knowing peace until it is fixed. I made a career out of the second one.
Joanna
I’m a multi-faceted soul with a big heart, a direct communication style, and a playful, sometimes teenage-like sense of humor. Growing up in the DMV area, I was grateful for the access to free cultural experiences like museums and the Zoo, and was aghast when I learned this was a unique privilege. Though my career didn’t start in tech, I found where I was supposed to be when I landed in the welcoming Rhythmic family in 2016. I haven’t looked back since! Getting things done and making a positive impact bring me deep satisfaction. I appreciate structure but also have a passion for thinking outside the box when it leads to better outcomes. Above all, I’m a protective mama bear committed to doing what’s right and leading with compassion.

My heart was set on tech when I realized I was able to make work easier/faster for myself when I was a Data/Business Analyst. My interests consists of playing a lot of golf (when able to), learning and trying new things. I truly love to help others and truly enjoy opportunities to grow both professionally and personally!
Lalo
My first job after graduating college was as a DevOps Engineer and I have been one ever since. I sort of stumbled into it but have since come to understand that it’s the perfect spot for me. I thoroughly love learning, whether that be about new or different ideas, concepts, and technologies. Being a DevOps Engineer allows me to express that love for learning to my heart’s content.

I’m a Linux administrator that loves and opportunity to learn and grow. Rhythmic’s environment has helped me grow professionally by teaching me proper practices and diligence while allowing me to expand my professional portfolio. The culture is almost like a professional family where we celebrate each other’s highs and are there for each other’s lows. Incredibly unique.

When I first got brought into Rhythmic as a compliance analyst, I was highly motivated to learn everything and anything I could about the new world I was jumping into. With the help of our team, I learned more than I could have ever possibly imagined. I set my mind to learning something completely new and was able to jump in with both feet because I always knew I had the support of the team standing next to me. It showed me I found what I truly love and have a passion for beyond anything I could have ever imagined.

I got into the tech field when I was in high school because I liked helping people solve problems with technology to make their lives easier. I’m super excited about this field and to learn as much as I can so that I can grow and apply what I’ve learned each day. It’s the reason I got into this field in the first place: to solve problems and create ease.

I’m a Senior DevOps Engineer and have been a Northern Virginia resident my whole life. I’ve studied everything from business to neuroscience while figuring out what to do with my life, with an undergraduate degree in economics. After riding the 2016 data science craze out of a failed first attempt at graduate school, I came to work in computing and never left. I have an adorable pet bunny named Coconut.
