Chaos Usually Exists Where Apps and Workloads Meet Infrastructure.
We Create Rhythm Instead.
A Little Bit About Us…
We started Rhythmic nearly 20 years ago after observing the pervasive but chaotic way tech was creeping into every business. More and more startups and small businesses found themselves responsible for mission critical, production systems, but the traditional IT practices of the day called for a small army to run just to keep the lights on.
DevOps shifted much of the responsibility back to agile development teams, but it was no replacement for the gritty discipline of 24x7x365 operations and the standards of practice the IT industry had forged over 50 years. Rhythmic balances the agility of the DevOps mindset with the maturity and discipline of the IT industry to run the most demanding systems efficiently and effectively. We create a rhythm between infrastructure and application that protects revenue and reputation, enables agility with guardrails, and allows our clients to leverage the full power of their cloud investments.
Always up. Always secure.
The Right Foundation to Thrive
Complex problems. Creative Solutions.
Complex problems require creative solutions, but the challenge is in keeping it simple. Right up our alley. We love finding creative, elegant solutions and building them together with our clients. Likewise, nothing kills our passion more than unnecessarily complicated systems that serve the egos of the firms that built them more than the needs of the client they were built for.
We take ourselves out of the box to explore new ideas and bring in modern trends for high performance. When facing new challenges, we open the doors to creativity and innovation to foster advanced solutions, but we always remember the tried and true tricks of the trade. New challenges, new solutions, each paving the way for growth and allow for a healthier, more efficient system.
The result? Your IT runs in harmony and you can focus on the more important things that matter.
Active Listening to Problem Solve
We believe active listening is the most important step in problem solving. Too much me is wasted fixing the wrong problem or miscalculating what needs to be done.
Listening helps us solve the right problem the first me. This reduces stress. And drama. Once we gain a proper understanding of the problem and its context, we work to provide your team with the necessary tools and tailored systems where your business can thrive.
Working Together for Bold Results
We think formalities are like walls that prevent teams from performing. We care deeply about building relationships and working together to accomplish bold things. We don’t have agendas, drama, or bullshit. Just a genuine, serious commitment to achieving success together.
Side effects of this mindset include work getting done on budget and ahead of schedule, no excess bureaucracy and process to bog down the work, and happy teams on both sides that know what they’re doing, why they’re doing it, and where they’re headed. We’ve been told it feels good.
We are Led by Our Core Values

As part of Rhythmic’s Leadership team, I get the opportunity to help shape the priorities and direction of our company. The highlight of my job is working with Leadership to craft a long term business goal, then watching individuals from different teams come together to bring a shared goal to fruition.Christian
Hi folks! My name is Christian, and I grew up in Manila. I’m very passionate about technology, and I really love engaging with clients. I’m really enjoying working with security and automation. Before I started working in IT, someone told me to find a company that supports your professional development, a place that has unique work culture and trustworthy management. As of today, I am lucky enough to say that I found one. Rhythmic is really great at sticking to its own strong core values.Chrystina
Two things drive my day; What will I eat, and what cool thing can I learn? Thankfully the latter is something my role as Business Development Lead has come to flourish in, whether it is learning about a new connection or learning about a new tool to make content. As a sucker for conversation, let’s eat and learn about something cool together!Daniel
I came to America about 10 years ago with a goal in mind, to help people and be successful at it. I have been with Rhythmic for over 5 years and I love what I do. I get the opportunity to constantly learn new tools and systems, as well as, assist our clients with any new implementations or help fix any issues.David
There are two core facts that sum me up as a person. I am, at the most fundamental level of my being, a goofball. Additionally, when I find something broken I am incapable of knowing peace until it is fixed. I made a career out of the second one.Geoff
Hi people reading this! I’m Geoff Edelman and I’m a Senior Network Engineer at Rhythmic Technologies. I kind of naturally gravitated to this field as I’ve played around with computer tech since I was a kid. I’ve been with Rhythmic for almost 6 years because this company actually treats people like people and stands behinds its values. When I’m not working I enjoy beer and conquering the world/galaxy/fantasy realm in one grand strategy game or another.Grace
I do what I love. One of the best decisions I’ve ever made was switching careers into IT to follow my passion. After joining Rhythmic, I’ve found a team enriched with individual strengths, skillsets, and an environment that encourages goal setting, exchanging knowledge and learning from one another. We focus on our clients and provide the best seamless service that makes us happy. I am an early bird and coffee lover and never hesitate to chat about my favorite movie, Doctor Strange.Joanna
I’m a complicated soul, a protective mama bear with a sailor’s mouth and a teenager’s sense of humor. I grew up in the DMV and was aghast when I learned that people in other cities had to pay to visit museums and the Zoo. My professional experience was not in the tech industry, but I landed in the Rhythmic family in 2016 and have never looked back. Getting shit done makes me happy. I like structure but I also like breaking rules. I don’t ask permission to do what’s right.Jodi-Ann
Starting from humble beginnings, my life changed when I got my first computer. That was only the start. Throughout my years, I realized my passion for helping people which lead me to a career in technology and enlisting in the United States army to fully explore that passion. I enjoy the major high from success and presenting as a black woman in the tech industry.Joel
My heart was set on tech when I realized I was able to make work easier/faster for myself when I was a Data/Business Analyst. My interests consists of playing a lot of golf (when able to), learning and trying new things. I truly love to help others and truly enjoy opportunities to grow both professionally and personally!Lalo
My first job after graduating college was as a DevOps Engineer and I have been one ever since. I sort of stumbled into it but have since come to understand that it’s the perfect spot for me. I thoroughly love learning, whether that be about new or different ideas, concepts, and technologies. Being a DevOps Engineer allows me to express that love for learning to my heart’s content.Megan
When I first got brought into Rhythmic as a compliance analyst, I was highly motivated to learn everything and anything I could about the new world I was jumping into. With the help of our team, I learned more than I could have ever possibly imagined. I set my mind to learning something completely new and was able to jump in with both feet because I always knew I had the support of the team standing next to me. It showed me I found what I truly love and have a passion for beyond anything I could have ever imagined.Ryan
I’m a Linux administrator that loves and opportunity to learn and grow. Rhythmic’s environment has helped me grow professionally by teaching me proper practices and diligence while allowing me to expand my professional portfolio. The culture is almost like a professional family where we celebrate each other’s highs and are there for each other’s lows. Incredibly unique.Steven
I’m a Senior DevOps Engineer and have been a Northern Virginia resident my whole life. I’ve studied everything from business to neuroscience while figuring out what to do with my life, with an undergraduate degree in economics. After riding the 2016 data science craze out of a failed first attempt at graduate school, I came to work in computing and never left. I have an adorable pet bunny named Coconut.Tyler
I got into the tech field when I was in high school because I liked helping people solve problems with technology to make their lives easier. I’m super excited about this field and to learn as much as I can so that I can grow and apply what I’ve learned each day. It’s the reason I got into this field in the first place: to solve problems and create ease.
