Remote Helpdesk provides access to technical support for Microsoft applications, including Office, as well as other common applications such as Adobe and Intuit products.

You don't need to be an existing customer for Remote Helpdesk. When instructed by your technician, you will click on the "Get Help Now" link on this page (over there, on your right) and follow the simple instructions. Within about 3 clicks and 60 seconds, the remote technician will be able to see your desktop and control your keyboard and mouse. Once the session is complete, the software automatically uninstalls itself. Everything is encrypted, and all connections are outbound, ensuring that nobody can intercept the session and view your data.
