We have built systems from the ground up to capture information and run it through consistent workflows that successfully harmonize the complex combination of software and human eyeballs required to guide information from problem recognition to acknowledgment and ultimate resolution. English translation: we don't let things fall between the cracks.
From the ground up, we have configured our systems to eliminate the cracks and loopholes that cause potential issues to go unnoticed. As log messages are identified as candidates for human review, support tickets are automatically opened on your behalf. As with a support ticket you opened via e-mail, the two-man rule applies: the technician says work is resolved and the manager closes the issue. This double-check process ensures that automatically detected issues are properly reviewed.
Likewise, if an event is found to warrant further attention, the service ticket automatically transfers to the correct technician. And it sits there, patiently waiting and never going away, until it is attended to. Even when on-site service is warranted, the ticket is automatically scheduled for dispatch. From start to finish, the process is enforced by the technology. And reviewed by account managers.
The beauty of backing up process with technology is that it all also flows into your account profile. Technicians can immediately access related service tickets to look for patterns. And so can you. Each ticket, including its full workflow, is recorded for you.
