We scan your data every night, de-duplicate it, encrypt it, and send it to our off-site storage archive for as long as you need. Because only the changes (the "deltas") are sent, your internet connection isn't saturated for days at a time. And because it is encrypted by a private key that only you hold, we never see your data. In fact, if you lose the key, you lose the backup. We definitely recommend that you keep that key safe and sound. And a copy.

Through an easy-to-use web interface, you can specify how much or how little you want to back up on each of your workstations and servers. This can range from backing up everything required to restore a machine from scratch to just critical documents and e-mails. Really, your business needs are the driving force. Using the same easy-to-use web interface, you can request restores of that data at no additional charge. We can even drop in an on-site storage archive so that you can quickly restore your data in a pinch.

If you think that only tapes will solve your regulatory compliance issues, think again. Because all data is encrypted before it ever leaves your office, it is in compliance with PCI DSS, HIPAA and FERPA privacy regulations. On a periodic basis, we can transfer your complete data set to DVD catalogs for permanent archival in the media repository of your choice. Because DVDs offer comparable media life to tape, you can cover your data retention bases without breaking a sweat.
