Infrastructure

Rhythmic utilizes two SAS-70 certified data centers for operations. Our Vienna, Virginia data center maintains primary operations, with multiple independent paths of power, redundant backup generators, redundant cooling and 24x7 manned security and operations. With a blend of over a dozen carriers, our network maintains high availability and high performance globally. Data is protected continuously through a private link to our Dallas, Texas data center. In the event of catastrophic failure, operations can be fully resumed from this alternate data center.

Our diverse bandwidth is routed into a cluster of high availability routers and firewalls. In the event of a router failure, traffic automatically reroutes within seconds. Every packet is passed through a sophisticated DDoS monitor that automatically detects and blocks denial-of-service attacks, protecting our clients. Clients may also add real-time anti-virus and intrusion prevention scanning. From the firewall, clean traffic enters our redundant switching interface before feeding to our clients, whether they be virtualized, colocated or managed.
